   We Established in 1996 the concept of creating unique eating experience incorporating the wonderfully warm atmosphere of the Mediterranean & at the same time allowing dishes from all around the globe to be enjoyed through the freedom & selection, which is tapas.

What is Tapas?

From Spanish origins, tapas has evolved from very simple dishes offered by a bars patron to sustain his drinkers. The more the patron gave them to eat, the more his customers would drink - clever old patron!
